WILD Talent Strengthens Its Global Reach with Strategic Role in Africa’s Leading Business School
WILD Talent, a leadership consultancy specialising in advancing female executives, has marked a major milestone in its international journey. Its Founder, Emma Burdett, has been appointed to the International Advisory Board and Leadership Faculty of Nova Business School Africa (NBSA). This new appointment highlights WILD Talent’s growing presence across global education and leadership sectors, with Saudi and GCC audiences watching closely.
NBSA is a trailblazing business school that aims to redefine management education on the African continent. With a curriculum rooted in entrepreneurial thinking and practical engagement, the school equips young professionals to meet the demands of rapidly evolving regional and global markets.
In her expanded role, Burdett will not only advise on strategic direction but also lead faculty sessions, contributing her expertise in leadership development and executive coaching. This partnership aims to build stronger connections between academic insight and real-world business impact, particularly in the area of gender equity and inclusive leadership.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve held a vision close to my heart: to support the education and advancement of young women in Africa. That vision is now a reality,” says Emma Burdett, Founder of WILD Talent. “I’m honoured to join the Advisory Board of Nova Business School Africa and contribute to building a world-class institution that empowers the next generation of conscious, purpose-led African leaders.”
Her focus will include designing and delivering programmes that empower students—especially emerging female leaders—while supporting NBSA’s global growth and curriculum innovation.
The collaboration also signals a strategic expansion for WILD Talent, which continues to engage with mission-driven organisations throughout the GCC and beyond.

“We are thrilled to welcome Emma to our International Advisory Board and faculty. Her experience in advancing female leadership in emerging markets and her passion for transformational coaching are deeply aligned with our mission. She will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership programs and amplifying our impact across the continent.” — Professor Mathew Tsamenyi, President & CEO of NBSA
