The Riyadh Season destination returns on 8 November with circus performances, a candy-themed carnival and new international dining experiences, while families are advised to check ticket prices and age restrictions before visiting.
The Groves will reopen in Riyadh on Sunday, 8 November 2026, bringing live performances, circus acts and a candy-themed carnival to one of the capital’s seasonal entertainment destinations.
Located in Al Rafiah, The Groves returns for its fifth consecutive year as part of Riyadh Season. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the outdoor venue will combine family entertainment with restaurants, shopping and lakeside performances.
Tickets are available through The Groves app, with separate charges applying to selected attractions.
A candy-themed carnival for children

Charlie Chonka 2 by Little Krazy is one of the main attractions for younger visitors.
The candy-themed experience, promoted as The Little Krazy Karnival, will feature colourful characters, costumes, music and circus acts, according to The Groves’ official programme.
Beyond the carnival, the venue is advertising daily performances around its lake stage, including Dance As One, Conga and The Groves Surprise.
Families can also explore The Groves Village, which brings together cafés, shops and casual dining options.
New restaurants and lakeside entertainment

This year’s dining additions include Anne Oja, serving Turkish-inspired cuisine, and Opa Kefi, a Greek restaurant combining food with music and performances.
Returning venues include Zama Zulu, featuring African-inspired dining and entertainment, and Zodiac Garden, offering Japanese and Italian dishes.
The destination also features outdoor garden seating, a lakeside screen for sporting events and Luca Park, a separate facility for dogs and their owners.
Visitors should check individual restaurant requirements, as not every dining area admits younger children.
Ticket prices and age restrictions for families

According to The Groves’ official website, general admission costs SAR48 on weekdays and SAR58 on weekends. Children aged six to 11 enter free, while children younger than six are not admitted.
Charlie Chonka 2 has separate charges. Webook lists weekday prices of SAR120 for adults and SAR60 for children, increasing to SAR140 and SAR70 at weekends.
Children aged six to 11 may attend Charlie Chonka between 4.15pm and 8.15pm. The venue’s booking programme identifies 4.15pm and 6.15pm as child-friendly reservation slots.
The venue’s terms generally exclude children under 12 from restaurants unless an individual outlet permits them. Al Jalsa, the lakeside seating area, is also restricted to visitors aged 12 and above.
Paid restaurant reservations include same-day general entry, although general admission charges cannot be deducted from purchases inside the venue.
Opening hours are 4pm to midnight from Sunday to Wednesday, with later closing on Thursdays and Fridays. Selected restaurants offer weekend lunch services from 1.15pm.
Families planning a visit should review the latest booking conditions, age limits and available experiences through The Groves’ official website.
