ZAKS Invites Schools to Build Smarter, More Efficient Uniform Programmes

by Nausheen
ZAKS offers schools tailored uniform programmes combining reliable service, regional comfort and emerging retail technology

ZAKS is inviting schools to establish long-term partnerships that simplify uniform management, protect brand consistency and deliver a more convenient experience for families.

ZAKS provides an end-to-end solution designed to reduce the operational burden on schools. From design and production to retail, fulfilment and after-sales support, every programme is tailored to the school’s identity, student population and service requirements.

Partner schools can benefit from,

  • School-approved uniform design and production
  • Consistent quality, colours and branding
  • Fabric selection suited to the GCC climate
  • Dedicated account management
  • Demand forecasting and stock replenishment
  • In-store, online and on-campus purchasing
  • Professional fittings and complimentary alterations
  • Made-to-measure services
  • Footwear, sportswear and school essentials
  • Year-round customer service and after-sales support

This integrated approach gives schools greater visibility and control while providing parents with reliable access to the correct uniform throughout the academic year.

Comfort Designed For The  Region

Fabric selection is central to a successful uniform programme, particularly in the GCC, where students move between warm outdoor environments and air-conditioned classrooms throughout the day.

Depending on each school’s requirements, uniform and sportswear ranges can incorporate lightweight, breathable materials and performance fabrics with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. These options help manage perspiration and support comfort during lessons, outdoor activities and PE.

ZAKS works with schools to balance climate suitability, ease of movement, durability and everyday care, creating comfortable clothing that maintains a consistent school identity.

Building Smarter Solutions With AI

As part of its technology roadmap, ZAKS is exploring responsible applications of artificial intelligence to improve forecasting, sizing and stock availability.

AI-supported tools could analyse enrolment figures, purchasing patterns and historical size demand, helping schools and ZAKS plan production more accurately and reduce the risk of shortages during peak periods.

ZAKS is also exploring ZAKS SmartFit, a technology-assisted sizing concept intended to make uniform shopping faster and more accurate. By bringing together previous purchases, updated growth information, garment specifications and stock availability, the proposed platform could help fitting specialists recommend suitable sizes and reduce unnecessary trials, exchanges and waiting time.

Reimagining the In-Store Experience

Alongside smarter sizing, ZAKS is exploring a magic mirror retail concept as part of its wider Smart Retail vision.

An interactive digital mirror could allow students and parents to visualise selected uniform options, explore school-approved combinations and access relevant product information with guidance from the store team. Connected to school-specific ranges and stock information, the concept could help families make more informed choices and simplify the shopping journey.

These technologies are intended to complement the professional fittings and personal guidance provided by ZAKS teams. Any future use of customer information would be approached with security, transparency and responsible handling at its core. Mahir Ali, Chief Operating Officer of ZAKS Uniforms said,

“Our objective is to become a strategic uniform partner to schools not simply a supplier. By combining decades of schoolwear expertise with stronger planning, responsive service and responsible technology, we can help schools operate more efficiently while delivering a dependable experience for every family.”

Partner with ZAKS

As ZAKS strengthens its presence in Saudi Arabia and explores opportunities across Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt, the company is seeking partnerships with schools that want to modernise their uniform programmes and establish a scalable, service-led solution.

Schools interested in reviewing their current uniform programme are invited to contact the ZAKS School Partnerships team for a consultation.
