King’s College Riyadh’s New SEDRA campus has partnered with Clouds Garden Preschool to support children and families as they prepare for the move from preschool into formal schooling. The King’s College Riyadh New SEDRA campus is due to open in August 2027.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on 23 August 2026, focuses on curriculum alignment, transition programmes and family engagement. For parents, the partnership offers an opportunity to become familiar with the school community before their children begin their next stage of education.

The partnership between King’s College Riyadh SEDRA and Clouds Garden Preschool aims to create greater continuity between early-years education and school.
Clouds Garden Preschool provides learning and care for children aged one to six in Riyadh. Through the agreement, the two education communities will work together on curriculum approaches and transition activities.
This is particularly relevant for families whose children will move from nursery or preschool into Pre-School and Reception. A familiar environment, shared expectations and opportunities to meet school staff can help children feel more comfortable with the change.
King’s College Riyadh’s SEDRA campus will initially welcome pupils from Pre-School to Year 9. It will then expand year by year through to Year 13, providing an all-through British education.

What The SEDRA Campus Will Offer
The purpose-built SEDRA campus is being developed as an all-through school for children from the early years through to Sixth Form.
According to King’s College Riyadh, the campus will initially open from Pre-School to Year 9 before expanding to Year 13. It will follow the National Curriculum for England, adapted to the Saudi context, alongside Arabic and Saudi national subjects.
The campus will also include specialist facilities designed to support academic learning, sport and creative subjects.
These include a 25-metre swimming pool, an eight-court sports hall, football and basketball facilities, a theatre and performing arts centre, science and technology laboratories, music and art studios, and specialist libraries.
For families considering the school, the all-through model also provides the opportunity for children to continue their education within the same school community as the campus expands.
