The Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) has announced that booking is now open for its upcoming school improvement and inclusion-focused webinar for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The complimentary session will take place on Monday 29th September at 15:00 AST (1:00 pm UK time). It will be hosted by IQM’s Head of Education and School Improvement, Kevin O’Neill, and will feature guest speakers Hatem Mahmoud and Dr Frances Willis, both of whom are recognised experts in school improvement and inclusion across the region.

Hatem Mahmoud
Based in Saudi Arabia and originally from Egypt, Hatem has worked across 4 IB schools since 2012 in roles including SEN/Inclusion Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and MYP/DP Principal. Since 2015, he has served the International Baccalaureate in multiple roles, from workshop facilitator and evaluation leader to curriculum reviewer. Dr Frances Willis
Based in Bahrain, Frances is an experienced Educational Psychologist specialising in inclusion, behaviour, and policy in international schools. Frances brings deep expertise in embedding inclusive practice across diverse school settings and supporting leaders to create environments where every learner can thrive.
The International Inclusive School Award
The webinar will highlight how the IQM International Inclusive School Award has enabled schools to quality assure and strengthen their inclusive practices, pedagogies, policies, and overall performance.
