MindSpire Education has officially unveiled its new brand identity at a high-profile ceremony held at Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel in historic Diriyah. The launch signals the next phase of growth for the regional K-12 platform, formerly known as Spark Education Platform.

The organisation, now operating under the MindSpire name, oversees more than 30 schools and pre-schools and serves over 20,000 students across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt through its affiliated Egypt Education Platform.

A New Chapter for a Growing Education Platform

The rebrand reflects a sharpened identity and an expanded regional ambition. Backed by the private equity arm of EFG Hermes, MindSpire Education is positioning itself as one of the region’s fastest-growing education management groups.

The launch event brought together senior stakeholders, government representatives, and leaders from academia and finance. Speakers included Karim Moussa, Linda Al Faisal, and Ahmed Wahby.

Speaking at the event, Ahmed Wahby said:

“MindSpire is not a reinvention. It is the next stage of a journey that has been six years in the making. Tonight, we give that journey a name and we declare our commitment to building environments where students thrive, educators lead, and communities grow stronger together.”

Regional Expansion and International Partnerships

Since 2019, MindSpire has expanded into a regional platform with operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, alongside partnerships with global institutions such as IE University and Fulton Science Academy.

Its portfolio includes collaborations with GEMS Education, the Hayah Schools Enterprise, the Trillium & Petals, and Selah El Telmeez.

Investor Confidence in Education

Highlighting the strategic importance of education, Karim Moussa addressed attendees:

“Education is the most important long-term asset in this region. Backing MindSpire is not a transaction, it is a conviction in the future of the Kingdom and the Gulf, and in a leadership team capable of building it.”

The investment aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, supporting the development of high-quality education infrastructure across the region.

Strategic Partnerships and Future Plans

During the event, MindSpire signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abdulmonem Alrashed Humanitarian Foundation to collaborate on education and community development initiatives.

The company is also in advanced discussions with Fulton Science Academy to establish an international academic partnership. This collaboration is expected to support the launch of a new Hayah School in Riyadh, combining regional expertise with a STEM-focused American curriculum.

A joint academic roundtable is scheduled for 13 May 2026 in Diriyah, bringing together education leaders to shape future developments.

The Road Ahead

MindSpire’s growth strategy centres on three key pillars: expanding its school network across the Gulf, advancing education technology and artificial intelligence integration, and building pathways to higher education through global partnerships.

With a focus on academic excellence and innovation, the organisation aims to create learning environments that foster both local identity and global citizenship.
